History

The Czechoslovakian Wolfdog is a fairly new breed, and came about in 1955 when a German shepherd Dog was crossed with a Carpathian Wolf. These dogs were used at first for military duty - but these days these dogs can function as dependable guard dogs and defence dogs. The Czechoslovakian Wolfdog is a very rare dog.

Characteristics

The Czechoslovakian Wolfdog has the appearance of a wolf, and these dogs are very strong, supple and fast. They display lots of elegance and at the same time fierceness - these dogs are without fair and also very brave.

Temperament

Czechoslovakian Wolfdogs are very energetic, full of stamina and possess quick reactions. These dogs are fearless and also very brave dogs. These dogs are very curious, and will not attack without a good reason. These dogs are extremely devoted toward their owners. They can also adapt well in difficult weather conditions, and are also very flexible. Czechoslovakian Wolfdogs are very fond of playing, and will learn quickly. Intense socialisation and obedience training is very important for Czechoslovakian Wolfdogs.
