Brothers Puppy Just Passed Away :( , I Need To Know Why.

My Brother's pup just passed away this morning

He seemed fine this morning and was like normal, all of a sudden he seemed in discomfort and started howling, he never normally even barks unless he thinks we have intruders so he's quite a quiet dog.

He then lay down and stopped moving and had poo'd on the carpet. We took him to the vet but it was too late.

He's only 18months old... does anyone know what could have happened ?

If anyone can help explain it please do, we were offered an autopsy but i dont want to think of him being cut up, it just doesnt seem right.

It was all so sudden. I dont think there's anything that we could have done.

Any suggestions appreciated
