Plate Food and drink poisonous for dogs.

Hi,
I'm wondering how many people know what food and drink are poisonous for dogs. I knew quite a few of these but getting a new dog from the rspca recently we got a booklet which told us of more which i didn't know about (very scary!) If anyone knows of more, please add them as it can be very useful and could save dogs lives.
What i know are-
Chocolate, coffee and tea This contains caffeine, theobromine, or theophylline, which can be toxic, affect the heart and nervous system
Baby food Can contain onion powder, which can be toxic to dogs
Cat food This can generally be too high in protein and fats
Citrus oil Can make the dog sick
Grapes and raisins Has a toxin which affects the kidneys
Onions and garlic Can damage red blood cells and cause anemia. This also affects cats more.
Nuts Can affect the digestive, nervous system and muscle.
Mushrooms Contain toxins, which may affect multiple systems in the body can cause shock and result in death
Vitamins Can damage the stomach lining and cause liver problems
Potato Peelings and Green Potatoes (Contain Oxalates, which can affect the digestive, nervous, and urinary systems.)

Thanks for the list. I don't even know that avocados are also harmful with dogs. The only food I know that are harmful are chocolates and bones of chicken.

We've actually found that our dog is fine with cooked chicken bones, the only thing we will absolutely not give him are the chicken leg bones because they splinter easier. Chickens these days are so young that their bones are really soft, and our dog just munches it all up in no time.
