changes in dog behavior

Hi, can any1 help me plz, i have a 3yr old doberman she has never been a friendly dog, but she is getting worse for barking at ppl. she has always been wary of strangers but she has started barking and growling at ppl when they come in my home, she jumped and nipped a friend of mine the other day. She has also started to chatter her teeth a lot. i am on edge every time someone comes in my home!!

Is she barking only in your home as a protective thing or is it outside too? playful biting or real aggressive behavior? I love Dobermans

Does she have a crate, or a babygate you can put her behind when people come into the home?
She might be feling threatened when people come in.

Is it over-excitable or is it fear or aggression? It's hard to give out advice when unsure on these..
