Disdain Pooping in the house

Hi I have a weimeraner cross collie. She is 16 weeks old could anyone please tell me by what age should she be house trained. She is still making a mess during the night and when Im at work. She will sometimes poop in the house while we are all in, she lets us know when she needs to go out for a wee. I spend about 15 mins outside with her when we let her out but she only ever seems to do a wee. I was wondering if this is normal for her age.
Thanks x

I have read that you can't expect a dog to be 100% house trained until they are a year.

How long are you leaving her for when you work?
Is there anyone that can come let her out for a pee?
Do you have a toileting routine for her when you are in?

I find that going out often works alot quicker, and rewarding hugely when she goes outside.

If she is making a mess at night then she is being left too long, her baldder won't be big or strong enough to last all night, so you need to let her out halfway through the night until she learns control of her bladder/bowels.

You don't need to spend ages outside, if she doesn'd do anything come back in but keep an eye on her, if she starts to pace or sniff, take her out.

Introduce a command, ie as soon as she starts weeing say something like ''go pee'' then huge rewards and use a command for pooping too. I did this with both my dogs and they will go pee and poop on command- so easy if im in a rush
