Dog wont walk. Help

We have a new puupy (collie cross) As soon as we put a lead on her she just lies down and wont move. My daugher has her sister (not living at home) and she is great on the lead. Both dogs came from a farm. Any suggestions?

my collie was the same, he came from a farm, we started slowly just by puting the lead on around house for 5 mins and in the garden then walked to the front door then away again, then worked at his pace to open the door so he could listen to the sounds and worked our way out the door bit by bit each time giving lots of praise and treats now theres no stopping him! it took us about a week or so but he got there in the end! good luck!
