Try feeding him twice daily with a tasty soft food like Nature Diet.

Keep it in the bowl on the table next to you.

Place your dog on the lead and stand on lead or place it over your wrist.

Either get someone to call the offending phone or do that yourself.

Begin to feed him just before the phone goes. When he barks you stop hand feeding, emit a 'Ah-Ah!' to help interrupt, then place the bowl on the table and look away arms folded.

As soon as he is quiet, commence feeding with some gentle verbal praise also.

Repeat the above simple process until you are happy he is calm and quiet.

Do this twice daily for a few days. I would expect this to be either solved after three or four days, or you may still be struggling and need further help. Let me know either way please

You may need to go for two weeks maximum. No other food to be given during this time, and avoid feeding him in his bowl freely...only via you for quiet behaviour.

Sorted.

Nick

The dog probably got hold of the owners PC like yours does and deleted the post! Or maybe blocked the site altogether!
