Pissed Off 8 week old puppy

I've had my springer spaniel x poodle for 5 days. I'm finding it impossible to recognise when she is about to wee. She suddenly sits down and it's done. I have just sat outside for an hour during which she arn't twice but as soon as she came indoors she went twice again- within seconds. I don't know where to start. I need some guidance please

Hi. I hope things are improving for you now?

Do be sure to get out on the hour every hour during the day to ensure you catch what you do want in the right location.

Be sure not to reprimand any mistakes as your dogs knows no better at this age. Just clean up and start again.

I do not favour puppy pads as they can encourage toileting in the home...just what you don't want!

The use of a crate is invaluable to place the dog inside for short periods when you can't directly supervise the dog.

    Hope that helps a little?

    Nick
