Yep, Border Collies is my way out favourite dog, as posted, easy to train, I got a female in January past at 6 months old, had been abused, she is a lovely dog, but she does not like to be outside or inside the bungalow on her own. We put that down to the abuse she received.

She is very intelligent and friendly, I'd rephrase that as loving to my wife & I.

I love so many breeds although I have to say Jack Russell's always put a smile on my face, they seem to have so much energy. Although I am getting a puppy (hopefully at the end of this year if mummy dog becomes pregnant) soon which is a chihuahua so this breed comes in as a joint first. Although I usually just find i like a dogs personality with the job I am in.

Be patient with your border collie especially where she was abused.. ensure you train her from the day you have her cause they are hard to break habits that you have let them get into if you know what I mean?

So i'll try get the forum going a bit more and ask what everyones fav dog is?

Mine's the Chow Chow, just due to their chubby little faces lol.

Its gotta be GSD's for me...........They are fantastic creatures.

Rotties are a close second!

I'm deffinitley getting partial to the more 'aggressive' (not so aggressive) Rotties and Dobermans . But then again i pretty much like all the breeds at one point or another! hehe
