Hi all, I hope one of you can help me with my dog, she came to us from a neighbour, she would not stay with him she spent most of the time at my house, anyway he said we could keep her, she is a loverly collie about one and a half years old, she is very good in the house but we cannot get her to walk on a lead she just lies flat on the ground and will not move at all, she will go for a walk if we take the lead of, but as we live in the county side I am aware the we need to have control her.

Please help me
