Puppy face biting

Hi
We have a 12year old collie cross and got a collie puppy 2months ago. They get on pretty well but when off the lead and running the puppy jumps at Holly's face and nips at her. Not sure if this is puppy behaviour ao collie behaviour. Will she grow out of it? Any ideas? Both are bitches.
