Hello my name is Sue and I have two labs, a chocolate girl Megan (3 1/2), and a black boy called Billy (2).
Megan we had as a pup and she has turned (after LOTS of work!!) into the most wonderful dog who fits into our life just beautifully. She retains an exciteable streak but that's just her!!
Billy we had as an 11 month 'pre-owned' (can't call him a rescue in the strictest sense as we aquired him directly form his previous owners,) but as with many dogs with a shaky start he came with 'baggage' and a year and a bit down the line we still have issues we're trying to deal with. But we love him dearly and he's now in his forever home.
I intend to go into his behavioural problems in more detail in the training section in the hope some of you knowledgable folk may be able to offer some advice. But I'll leave that till tomorrow as it may end up being a long post and I'm short on time right now.
