hi my name is Jane, i have a 5 month old springer spaniel called Brian. i have had him since he was 7 weeks old, he responds well to most commands, still practicing with a few!! and although he is very affectionate and protective of myself and my children, we have issues of him biting, me in particular but sometimes my eldest son (who is 13). its not just play, mouthing or nipping, its full on lip back and glare, for no apparent reason. i have had many friends give advice on methods to try, which didnt work... any help gratefully recieved before i resort to spending money on a behaviourist.
