I have a 7 yr old Giant Schnauzer rescue who has severals issues. We have cured the separation anxiety. But cant seem to stop his whining at dinner time....when we get ready for a walk and when he meets other dogs. He randomly jumps around in front of my husband barking. Ignoring him and turning ones back doesn't help. I thought perhaps he was bored on the walk and he does love to chase a ball but everytime I raised my arm to throw it he starts barking !!! I have never had such a noisy dog and its getting me down. I even tried reverse psychology and taught him to bark on command and rewarded him but gave nothing when he " went off on one " Can anyone out there help ?
