Doctor desperate for advice please

Hi all I am new to the forum. To cut a long story short 2 weeks ago today we lost out beloved collie dog due to ill health I was am still am heartbroken! Therefore myself and my other half decided to get a puppy to give me something to focus on.

We have had her a week shes now nine weeks and shes a collie called milly, whilst she has adapted well to most things i.e. my wheelchair and our other dog there are things that despite no mater what we try nothing works.

Main issues are: she’s nipping real bad so much so shes drawn blood on myself my partner my mum. is this classed as nipping or bitting? (I know this is expected) but nothing is working with regards getting her to stop! We have tried growling slightly and when she back off and gets a toy then we praise but then she will come back and nip. because I have a disability this is made all the more hard because I spend time on the floor and when I move she goes to nip anywhere any everywhere even if i growl she keep on till it hurts and as I moving I cant pick her up.

Secondly she will happily sleep in her bed /crate due in the day with the door closed but at night she cries for an hour and a half some nights despite it being comfy and warm as we give her a warm water bottle and toys.

Would be grateful for any advice

Are you able to tell if she is playing when she is nipping or is she doing it in an aggressive way?

Also on a night if she starts making a noise do you get up to her?

I am in the process of training dogs myself I am in the process of training two puppies that I walk for clients of mine and am looking to start a course to get my career up an running as a trainer as I am already a dog groomer and dog walker.
