Toilet Training going backwards

We have an 8 month old West Highland male puppy.
He toilet trained exceptionally quickly with the aid of treats when he weed and pooed where he should. Just this week he has weed with a 'leg-up' 4 times in the house.
Any tips on why he's reverted and how to stop him
