Puppy scared of door.

I have a 10 week old pug puppy, we got her 5 days ago. she was absolutely lovely and playful, nor scared of anything and slept all night without soiling her crate.

But yesterday when I opened the door to the front room she was right behind it and she yelped, (no perminant damage or limps etc) but now she is scared of the door and most noises like someone walking up stairs! And it is heart breaking to see.

Is there any thing I can do? Please help.
