please help me, im going mad lol

i got a puppy, she is 16 weeks old, she was born on my birthday i love her dearly. im having problems training her in all aspects for example, im trying to crate train her, she has her crate in my lounge were she goes at night or if im doing house work etc, when i leave the room, she doesnt bark, she screeches, so loud that its like she is being murdered, she is over excited all the time, crying, jumping, scratching, biting, i cant let her out when i have visitors because she jumps all over them, scratching there faces, shoes and ankles, she did bite, but i think i have this under wraps, when she bites hard, i yell OUCH this seemed to work fine, i have a huge issue with trying to teach her were to go for a wee, she goes on the puppy mat when she is in her crate then, when ever i let her out, she will without fail go on my carpets, im tired of trying to teach her with no results, when she goes on the mat i praise her, when she goes on the carpets i say bad girl and lock her in the crate for a while and ignore her, then all hell breaks loose, shes crying jumping, i have actually cried sometimes because the noise of her when i a) leave the room,or b) go out, she makes so much noise it sounds like im killing her, its very upsetting, what am i doing wrong?, i have tried everything, im house bound, i cant go out so training classes is out of the question. please help any information would be greatly appreaciated

Sorry you haven't been helped so far but i don't think taking it out on the site is fair.

I read your post briefly but found it hard to understand seen as you only had 2 full stops in the whole post

What breed of dog do you have? How often is she walked? And may i ask what you mean by you can't go out for puppy classes, is this because of the dog?

I'm sure there's something to be done and someone who can give you advice here, 30 views isn't really that much for having no replies.
