Question Cocker puppy aggression

Maisy is our 14 week old Cocker Spaniel puppy who up until recently has been great...but within the past 2 weeks has started to show aggression when taking toys and more recently chews/biscuits away from her.She has no problems when eating from her bowl, you can stroke her and take away the bowl and she's ok.
Both myself and my wife can open her mouth to remove stones and anything she picks up while in the garden or out on a walk..its just the toys and chews etc but not all the time
She seems better with me but shows aggression towards my wife,2 kids (aged 11 and 8) and most recently friends and family...it really is so unpredictable as 1 minute she can be playing with you and letting you cuddle her and tickle her belly then the next time you try and take a toy from her,she will growl and bite you.Just the other day,my parents were visiting and she was chewing a biscuit and my mum went to touch her and she turned on my mum for no reason snarling, growling and tried to bite her.
She is currently fed on Pedigree dry puppy food with a small amount of Pedigree wet puppy food mixed in 3 times a day.
She is walked at least twice a day for approx 30 mins each walk by either myself or my wife...walking on the lead is also difficult as she pulls the whole time..we have tried both collar and harness but both result in extensive pulling.
She socialises with our friends dogs and there is never any aggression between them.
We are about to start dog training classes but are worried that they will not help with this problem .
We are very worried and would like to get this sorted as she recently snapped at our friends daughter which was very upsetting for both families.
Obviously this cannot go on and we are afraid that if we cant solve this problem,we will have no choice but to rehome her.
She was purchased from a breeder with full pedigree history.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as we believe she will be a super family pet...she is 95% of the time.
She is 98% house trained with only the the very odd pee indoors..never poo'd in the house and is crate trained.

My best advice is to seek a home visit from somebody experienced in such matters.

Where are you please?
