Lots of questions!How much play should puppy need,toys and working

Hi just got a 10 week old labradoodle we are waiting for his last vaccines so can't take him for a walk I do take him the garden to play but just wondered how much play he needs. I also am starting my first night shift back tonight so he is going to be left in day tomorrow while I sleep this is the first time he will have been left through day apart from when I have nipped out for a couple of hours. Do you have any recommendations on toys I could leave him. I don't have a crate but leave him in kitchen. Once he has had his vaccinations and we take him for a walk how far should we be taking him and how often? Also at the moment he is been fed 4 times a day when can I cut this down and what times would you recommend to fit it with my 2 night shifts I usually get in at 7.30 and am up at 2.00 this is usually 1 or 2 days a week. Hope someone can help me with these many questions!
