Default cage questions

Hi another bad night with lola in the cage - but we are determined to soldier on , - the yelping started 2.45 and went on most of night .

1/ do you go down and see to her ?
2/ do you ignore her ?
3/ is it ok top move the cage to a diferent room , after its been in one place for a week or will that just make things worse ?
4/ any sugestions for a quet night gratefully received .

You don't say where it is, but based on first question probably downstairs maybe in the kitchen? I would leave it there.
4/ any suggestions for a quiet night gratefully received .
Stop water at 7pm to at least give a chance to not need to wee. Free water at all other times of course. Give chance for a scamp about outside before bedtime and be sure not to leave the dog on a note of affectionate fuss. Just withdraw calmly and cooly. Covering the crate with a light sheet can help to create a better enclosed 'den like' feeling.
Sometimes a pup will settle if you come to the landing (assuming dog downstairs) and bang 2/3 times something like a wooden spoon on the wall to interrupt the dogs flow especially if it's in full flow. Say nothing, and don't let dog see you. It may/may not work! But I have enough success with it to suggest it.
Try a DAP collar.
After approx 3 nights of NOT returning this usually lets the dog know you're not going to come back and its efforts are in vain.
In general be sure not to return to a noisy dog, wait for a quiet interlude then appear quietly and casually. Ask pup to sit before allowing out of crate btw.
